Today's post is going to be about two products that I've been using for so long now and I can honestly say that they're the best coverage drugstore concealers I've tried.
Catrice has always been one of my favourite drugstore brands, because it's really affordable, but always brings out new and high quality products. My favourites have to be the Camouflage Cream and Liquid Camouflage concealers.
Liquid Camouflage
Liquid Camouflage is a waterproof high coverage liquid concealer and I use it under the eyes. It's easy to blend, sets comfortably and doesn't settle into the fine lines (I always set it with powder though). It really covers a lot, but the downside is that I've already used up most of it and I don't use it that often. Formula and coverage wise I can compare it to the MAC Pro Longwear.
I'm already thinking of repurchasing, so that tells you how good it is.
Camouflage Cream
I've had this one for so long and still haven't run out. I use it to cover blemishes and spots, because it's too heavy and not hydrating enough for under the eyes. It completely cancels out redness and imperfections and I can honestly say it's the best spot concealer I've used. I apply it with a small lip brush.
I've recently started using it as an eyeshadow primer too and it works amazing on the eyelids. Of course, as the liquid one, it needs to be set, so it doesn't budge or crease.
You can see on the swatch that the Camouflage Cream has a bit more coverage, but that's probably because of the consistency. The Liquid Camouflage feels a lot lighter and lets your skin breathe, while the Camouflage cream is heavy, but really covers everything.
I use both and they've become a staple in my collection, so if you haven't tried them yet, you have my thumbs up.
